Day 1 – Wednesday, November 4 | Orientation & Skills Trail
Your adventure begins at The Ranch at Death Valley (Furnace Creek), where we’ll gather for an afternoon orientation trail designed to accomplish far more than simply stretching our legs.
This introductory drive allows everyone to become familiar with one another, learn each driver’s experience level, and gain confidence in both their Bronco and the unique terrain found throughout Death Valley. Along the way, our guides will review proper use of GOAT Modes, lockers, trail communication, spotting techniques, tire placement, and vehicle setup. Whether you’re reinforcing existing skills or learning something new, this relaxed afternoon provides the perfect foundation for the adventures ahead.
After returning to Furnace Creek, you’ll check into your accommodations before joining the group for a welcome reception with appetizers at one of the valley’s favorite gathering spots. It’s the perfect opportunity to meet fellow participants, ask questions, and prepare for the days ahead.
